In this episode, I share about my current experiences and how our biggest desires are also the scariest to pursue.
Likely your deepest desires feel like the scariest things in the
world. But leaning into them, acknowledging them, sharing them, and
receiving them is what leads to freedom and being fully expressed.
It’s super vulnerable, yes, but it’s also a practice that leads to
more intimacy, connection & joy. The practice (yes, it’s a
practice) of embracing your desires and moving through fear is one
of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
So lean into the discomfort and freedom that comes with it 💃🏻
